Modern life exposes people to thousands of chemical and material inputs while requiring constant cognitive management of decisions, tradeoffs, and risk evaluation. My Eco Engineer was created to bring systems thinking to the problem of cumulative exposure, applying engineering principles to environmental health.

Cumulative exposure reflects how baseline conditions, direct inputs, and internal capacity interact over time.

Decision Systems

Decision Systems examines how people make decisions about chemical, material, and environmental exposures that may influence health over time, and how those decisions compound. It addresses risk evaluation, marketing literacy, uncertainty management, and the allocation of cognitive and operational capacity within households. Without sound decision systems, even accurate information can become overwhelming.

Home Systems

Home Systems examines the chemical and material environment inside the residential home. This includes indoor air, water, materials, moisture control, furnishings, and household products that shape the baseline exposure conditions of daily life.

Body Inputs

Body Inputs focuses on direct inputs to the body through ingestion, inhalation, and absorption, and how repeated contact across personal care products, food storage, textiles, and other materials contributes to cumulative exposure.

Beyond the Home

Beyond the Home examines exposures that arise from larger systems that individuals do not fully control. This includes workplaces, public spaces, infrastructure, supply chains, and other environments encountered outside the residential home.

About the founder

Stanley Colimon

Industrial Engineer · Certified Project Manager

Stanley Colimon is the founder of My Eco Engineer, with a background in structured problem-solving, process optimization, and systems design. Before creating My Eco Engineer, he applied engineering methodologies to complex operational challenges, focusing on prioritization, risk evaluation, and decision-making in high-demand environments.

He approaches environmental health as a system of exposure pathways that can be mapped, analyzed, and improved using disciplined, engineering-based frameworks. This perspective underlies the Greenpapers and all systems produced by My Eco Engineer.
